International Scholarships available for MSc Course in Tropical Forestry at TU Dresden, Germany
Your are invited to attend our MSc Course in TROPICAL FORESTRY for which we have DAAD scholarships. The course is taught in English at Technische Universität Dresden (TUD), one of the 11 German Universities of Excellence.
Over many decades, the international orientation and socioeconomic focus have made this 2-year MSc course unique in Europe. You will benefit from the international background of our research & lecturing scientists who supervise your field research in the tropics. Besides socioeconomic and general aspects of tropical forestry, the course also includes specific topics of climate change related carbon forestry, agroforestry and land use change. Some of the best Master Students are offered to enter into our PhD program. Presently, over 300 graduates from our courses are working in tropical countries and international organizations, many of them in top positions.
Another benefit: As public university TUD exempts students from tuition fees!

Deadline is 30 October 2018 for scholarship applications starting the course in October 2019. However, applicants with own source of funding can apply until 31 May 2018 to still enter the 2018 MSc course in October this year.
